Performance coaching workshop

Service Description

After initial consultation, a programme of informative and interactive sessions will be delivered to give your employees the tools they need to perform at their highest level cohesively. The sessions will be run by Dr Richard Finch focusing on the applicable methods of Performance and Transformational leadership coaching within a sporting or business environment. He will be joined by one of our elite sports coaches, who will offer insights on how to manage stress and pressure at the highest level, ensuring a positive and productive outcome.
