Cricket Technical and Tactical Coach
Mark Ramprakash
Marks playing and coaching career to date is exceptional. He drives performance through his inspirational manner, passion and detailed knowledge of the game. Marks Playing career began in 1987, when he signed professionally with Middx CCC, playing 14 seasons with 3 as captain. He then signed for Surrey CCC 2001 playing 11 seasons.
Marks International career was exceptional, playing 52 Tests for England. As a renowned batsman he is one of only twenty five people ever to score one hundred first class centuries.
Since retiring from playing competitive cricket, Mark has continued to deliver his passion for the game by supporting aspiring cricketers either within the performance pathways or currently within the professional game. He has worked with the England Under 17s & 19s, the England Lions and for
Five & a half years as the England Men's batting coach, working with Pete Moores, Paul Farbrace, Trevor Bayliss & Andy Flower.
His recent roles include three seasons with Middlesex CCC as their batting coach and for the last four years he has been with Harrow school as the Director of Cricket.
Mark has a personal drive to facilitate performance development in players of all ages, offering them the knowledge and guidance to improve their techniques and understanding of the game to the highest level they wish to attain.

Matt is a highly dedicated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with a proven track record in Long-Term Athletic Development, Performance Peaking, and Injury Rehabilitation/Prehabilitation. With extensive experience supporting Academy, Professional, and International athletes, Matt helps both elite and everyday individuals unlock their full potential through tailored, science-driven training programs.

Currently a full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach for the England Rugby Union Pathway.
Responsible for supporting U18 and U20 players in preparation for elite competitions, including the U18’s 6-Nations, Junior World Cup Series, and international tours.

Alex Davis OLY
Alex Davis is a seasoned Rugby 7s technical & tactical coach with a distinguished career on and off the pitch. As a former Olympian and Captain of the national team, Alex has amassed a wealth of experience and achievements.
Beyond his athletic prowess, Alex has become a passionate mental health advocate and public voice for speaking up in the face of adversity. Sharing these personal and sporting experiences has allowed him to recognise the power of connection, leading to charity ambassador roles and guest speaking opportunities. This commitment to supporting athletes overall wellbeing is evident in his values of togetherness, growth, and kindness. With a focus on resilience, compassion, and humility, he aims to empower individuals to reach their whole person potential and live authentic, purpose-driven lives.
While actively playing at the highest level, Alex completed a certificate in Elite Athlete Wellbeing. This commitment to further self development has equipped him with the tools to foster a supportive and nurturing environment for athletes.
Throughout his career, Alex has led the design and implementation of numerous high performance team cultures. This ability to inspire and motivate others has enabled him to help athletes flourish and work towards their whole person potential. Working with individuals, Alex focuses on a collaborative approach to deeply understand the person. This foundation paired with robust bespoke practices allows people he works with to become researchers of their own experience.

Mental Wellbeing Specialist
Jack Green OLY
Jack is a double Olympian having represented Great Britain at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay events.
He became a mental health ambassador for Mind and YoungMinds after being diagnosed with depression, bipolar tendencies and anxiety shortly after the 2012 Olympic Games. Jack has also worked with the House of Commons on the topic of mental health reform in elite sports.
Retiring at the age of 28 from a career that included European titles and world championships medals, Jack stepped into the corporate world to lead on well-being at BBC Studios during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jack was solely responsible for 30 offices globally and 10,000+ people.
Jack led his previous health tech organisation to be acquired by a Nasdaq-listed company.
Using his philosophy and passion for performance and wellbeing, Jack now supports sporting organisations to drive performance both on and off the field and track through The Athlete Sustainability Report (TASR). Sports technology uncovering the human side of success, bringing insight and awareness to teams regarding their athletes' human performance.
Outside of his wellbeing career, Jack coaches professionally in track and field. His most coveted athlete is an Italian national record holder, world champion and triple Olympian.
Jack is also a notable name on the keynote speaking circuit, having spoken for over 500 organisations including Oxford and Cambridge universities, Johnson & Johnson, Channel 4, Nike, Deloitte and many others

Performance Coach and Psychologist
Dr. Richard Finch
​Richard has personal competitive sporting experience in International Hockey, performance sevens and semi professional rugby as well as spending time as a Royal Marine Commando reservist. He has over 23 years of coaching and educational experience leading sport within some of the best educational performance centres globally. He has coached many athletes to International level in a range of disciplines.
Richard has a PhD in transformational leadership coaching, studying its positive effect on mental resilience in sports participants. Coupled with his MSc in Exercise Physiology and Performance Enhancement and MSc in Psychology, means he has a clear understanding of the collective demands placed on high performing athletes and knowledge of how to equip individuals to perform and succeed at the highest level psychologically, and enjoy doing it.

Performance Nutritionist
Dr. James Fleming
Dr. James Fleming is an experienced Performance Nutritionist and Senior Lecturer at St Mary’s University, London. He currently manages the MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition. His professional interests lie in supporting athletes and their support networks, including parents, guardians, and coaches, to optimise health, well-being, and performance.
With his doctoral research focussed on adolescent athletes, James has developed a particular expertise in this area. He is an active researcher with numerous publications on nutrition for adolescent athletes, the impact of nutritional strategies on performance, and the dietary habits of highly trained and elite athletes.
James offers nutrition services to athletes at all levels, from recreational to elite. His experience includes providing nutrition services to professional athletes and governing bodies in various sports, including but not limited to rugby, football, tennis, and athletics. Notably, he has served as the Lead Performance Nutritionist for the England RFU Women’s Under 20’s Programme and Harlequins Women RFC.
As an ISAK Level 3 Instructor Anthropometrist, James also delivers body composition courses nationwide and has many years of experience conducting precise body composition assessments for athletes across numerous sports.

Football Tactical and Technical Coach
Mahrez Bettache
Maz (the GaffaMaz) is a high-performance coach within the football industry following a high level playing career.
He was an academy graduate at Fulham Football Club as a player, successfully climbing up the youth ranks over a 10 year period and representing Algeria internationally before accomplishing National League status as a First Team player.

Working with the elite and helping support/develop players both technically & tactically has been the main focus within his work since his coaching journey began in 2014. Within a detailed high performance environment that he creates for each individual, he has helped more than 20 unsigned players gain a professional contract. This is achieved by detailed 1-1 coaching and placing the individual in the right team environment to further their development.
As a UEFA Licenced coach, he uses both on course learning as well as experiences to enhance performance. Working with The FA has helped his understanding of the individual/team - creating a training plan around data and insights.
As a qualified FA Talent ID Level 2 Coach, Maz is able to identify and help support players through the 6 capabilities of the modern game.
After a few spells as First Team Head Coach at Vanarama Conference South Level, Maz has now been offered a role at Arsenal FC Academy - helping nurture the next generation of footballers at Hale End.

Maz also worked with Rising Ballers - Shining light on unsigned players aged 16+. He helped 12 players gain a professional contract from showcase matches. These matches were then shared across all social media platforms with 6 million+ viewers.
Another initiative Maz has run the RarePlayr: This is a 1-1 coaching brand built to maximise players potential through bespoke sessions. Over the years Maz has built his client base and has worked with players such as Harry Kane, Phil Foden and more!

Tennis Tactical and Technical Coach
Lee Childs
Lee Childs is a retired British tennis player from England.
Following match victories in 2000, Childs was hailed as "the future of British tennis" and a successor to Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski. At the 2003 Wimbledon Championships, he famously defeated Nikolay Davydenko in the first round in 5 sets. The score was 2–6, 7–6(2), 1–6, 7–6(5), 6–2.

Squash Tactical and Technical Coach
Robbie Temple
Robbie is a high-performance squash coach who has competed in the world tour for 9 years, holding a position of top 8 in Britain and top 60 in the world for the best part of a decade.
After reaching semi-finals of the Australian open and winning many tournaments throughout his career, Robbie retired from the pro game, setting up an elite academy for top professional and aspiring professionals where he has passed on the knowledge, he has gained coaching over 10 top 75 players in the world, including 3 top 20 players.
Robbie is a creative coach who believes everyone has their own personal strengths and will cater his coaching to the individual, rather than a one shoe fits all approach. With the vast experience he has, he is able to set up programmes for players of all standards, including all aspects of the game, helping to improve the players technicality, physical strength and mental attitude.
Robbie’s coaching ability has seen him coach at some of the most prestigious clubs in the U.K. including the Queens Club and the Roehampton club.

Fencing Tactical and Technical Coach
Pawel Osmanski
Pawel Osmanski is a sport science graduate with over 18 years of experience in professional sports.
A highly accomplished athlete, Pawel is a European Champion, an eight-time Polish National Champion, and was a member of the Polish National Team from 2005 to 2016. He is also a published author in the Journal of Health & Sciences.
With two decades of experience in international sports and over 10 years in coaching, Pawel has developed a deep understanding of athletic performance, coaching strategies, and athlete development.

Basketball Tactical and Technical Coach
Gary Maitland
Gary Maitland is a Professional Basketball Skills Coach with a rich experience in working with male and female professional athletes, National Team players, NCAA student-athletes and younger basketball enthusiasts who aspire to compete at higher levels.
Gary has worked with NBA players such as Jimmy Butler and Jordan Poole. He has also worked alongside and supported other skills training businesses with their clients; Pure Sweat Basketball (Jayson Tatum, Joel Embiid, Bradley Beal…) and Impact Basketball (Kyle Lowry, Zach Collins, Zaire Williams…). Gary has trained players who have had experience competing in the Euroleague, EuroCup, ACB and other various top leagues around the world. His comprehensive training programmes are individually tailored to meet the needs of each client.

Hockey - Tactical and Technical Coach
Tim Cross OLY
After winning eight caps for his native Australia, Tim Cross moved to Europe to play in the Dutch league, later switching allegiance to Ireland and making his senior debut in 2019. He has since remained part of the Ireland full mens squad and was selected to play in the recent Paris Olympics. Tim has a love of all sports and is an outstanding coach. He is also qualified as a PE teacher, and now plays at Hampstead and Westminster in the English Premier Division.
